Land-based Marketing Takes hold

I was looking for a smaller village in northeastern Illinois to open a gourmet coffee shop. I had went to college in the city and worked part-time as a barista in a campus coffee shop. Working in a coffee shop was a great experience; I really enjoyed meeting all of the customers and chatting with the regulars every day. I majored in business during college, which inspired me to want to go into business for myself. I was born and raised in Algonquin and I had always loved all of the smaller villages that surrounded it. The lakes that seemed to dot the land were beautiful and I decided to look into Fox River Grove advertising and Hartland advertising.

I looked at several properties for lease in Fox River Grove first. I liked how Fox River Grove was essentially the crossroads of McHenry, Cook, Lake and Kane counties. It was close enough to Chicago to be accessible by train and had a great mix of residential and industrial developments. I looked at some Fox River Grove advertising for real estate and I found a few locations that had potential. I was impressed with the opportunities that Fox River Grove advertising had presented me. Although I had found one perfect spot, I decided to look into another location for comparison’s sake.

Hartland, Illinois was farther to the west, past Woodstock. It was less populated than Fox River Grove and much more rural. There was something charming about Hartland and I looked at Hartland advertising for real estate available in the area. There were only a handful of locations available for lease. I was slightly disappointed by the lack of commercial developments existing in Hartland. After looking at Hartland advertising for real estate I realized that I would have to build my own coffee shop and I knew that I couldn’t afford to do so.

I went back one final time to look at the Fox River Grove location and I knew that it was going to be perfect. There was something about that location that just felt right. I signed the lease and began my adventure. I bought all of the equipment for the coffee shop used to cut back on expenses, I had a professional sign made and I handed out fliers. I opened up my shop and have been proudly serving coffee to the residents of Fox River Grove ever since.
